Across the hour-long documentary Lee meets sporting legends, celebrities, experts, Soccer Aid alumni and UNICEF ambassadors to help him on his quest to improve his skill, stamina, mental and physical strength as well has his taste in fashion whilst at the same time understanding where the money from Soccer Aid for UNICEF goes and helping to raise a few extra quid himself in the process by asking those he meets to sponsor him.
